ESXI 5.0 keeps rebooting from unknown reason

Hello,

I installed ESXi 5.0.0 on a USB Stick, after couple of weeks it started rebooting suddenly.

from viewing the logs, i can't see a pattern (every x dyas \ hours) but what i was able to find is that it's writing the following just before every restart:

(the restart occurred at 2012-12-26 11:51)

Can you help me to identify the problem?
p.s.
I'm adding few logs, maybe it will be helpful.
