Question about guest hdd

First of all excuse me for my english.

I have a question about guest HDD.

I have a guest windows 7 machine witth 60 gb thin provisioned disk.

Today I delete some files from guest OS and I free out about 20 gb disk space. Now in my guest os used space on disk is about 30 gb, but in vcenter the disk space is still 50 gb. I understood that thin provisioned disk space is growing when we adding files to that disk, how about resize down disk space?
