convert an old hp-ux b.10.20 to virtual

hi,

I have an outdated unix machine which I wish to convert to virtual. I'm trying to use the converter to do this p2v. On the old server I installed ssl, ssh and bash (all for root).

I get following error when I run the wizard:

• unable to query the live linux source machine.

following error is in the logs:

• [04600 error 'wizardController'] Cannot query source HW info: converter.fault.SysinfoQueryLinuxFault

What could be causing this problem, and more important, how can i solve this?
