Converter fails at 1%

Hi,

I am trying to convert a Windows 2008 Server VM that is powered on to my other site.  I can get to the end of the wizard, and I get a "FAILED: An error occurred during the conversion: 'Unknown exception' error at 1 percent.  If I run the converter client locally on the source, at the final step of the wizard when submitting job, I get "A general system error occured: unknown internal error.  I've checked ports 902, 443, and 9089 and they seem to be open on both ends.  I've attached logs.
