vDesktop cannot write C:\ Drive

Hi everyone

     I have been implement vmware view on my customer site, now I have the problem.

• The Virtual Desktop cannot write C:\ drive.
• When I access into C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local. Error message "Access is denied"
• I cannot run any program on vDesktop when it have the problem.

     I have to do provisioning with link-clone technology, I try to refresh vDesktop it's work and then come back again.

I  use software version this below:

• View Manager 5.1.1
• View Client 51.1
• View Agent 5.1.1

Master Image is windows 7 (32 bit)

• 1 vCPU
• Memory 2 GB.
